How can I find out when a product that's out-of-stock will be restocked?

Can I return an item that was marked as final sale?
Items marked as final sale are ineligible for a return or exchange. If the product received is defective or not the product that was ordered, we will make an exception.
Will my DIY die shorts shrink after washing and dying?
The DIY die shorts are not pre-shrunk, so they may fit about a half-size larger before being washed and dried. The dying process may cause additional shrinkage. We recommend washing and drying them to achieve the final fit.
