Upon receiving your request, we'll submit a return for an exchange on your behalf. A confirmation email, which includes return instructions, will be sent to your email address. If the item you wish to exchange was purchased at a final sale, you can still request an exchange for a different size.

Please note that in some instances, if the nearest drop-off location is inconveniently far, we may choose the shipping label option to process your exchange. Additionally, once you drop off the return item and scan the provided QR code, a new order for the requested size will be automatically created.
