Once a return is initiated, it generally can't be modified. However, if you need to make changes, customer support can assist you as long as it hasn’t been dropped off or processed yet. 

Just let us know what changes you’d like to make, whether it’s switching the item, updating the return reason, or changing it to an exchange, and we’ll submit a new return for you.

If you've already started the return through our portal, please include your return confirmation number so we can make the necessary changes for you.
