What is your policy on defective or damaged items?Updated 5 months ago

We are committed to customer satisfaction and apologize if you receive a defective or damaged item. In such cases, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

If you are capable and prefer to repair the item yourself, we may be able to send you the necessary parts, like a replacement snap, upon request.

For items that are received with stains or discolorations deemed not related to shipping, or any other signs of damage that occurred during production, we offer either an exchange for the same item, if available, or a refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
